Demising partitions will be metal studs with two layers of 5/8" gypsum board on one side and one layer of 5/8" gypsum board on the other. Demising partitions will extend from floor to underside of structure above, subject to requirements of the building air conditioning system, and the partition will be filled with sound insulation. Interior partitions shall be metal stud to deck with 5/8" GWB, 6" above ceiling, sound attenuation blanket in cavity of partitions at conference rooms and between offices.
